- The applicants are directed to go through the prospectus of the University (available in the website) before filling up the application to make sure that they meet the eligibility requirements.
- It is mandatory that all applicants should have a valid Indian mobile number and an email address.
- Mere Submission of an application online does not ensure admission. The admission will be confirmed after verification of all original documents in support of the claims on eligibility.
- The applicants are allowed to choose the Learner Support Centre (LSC) of their preference. The learner can select up to three choices among the listed LSCs anywhere in the State. The LSC will be allocated upon availability. However, the learner will have a provision to request for change of LSC later if required in support of the claims on eligibility, age, fee concession etc.
- Candidates applying for the Post Graduate programmes should submit the migration certificate during certificate verification. The LSC will be allocated upon availability of vacancy.
- If the applicant has passed the qualifying examination from an institution outside Kerala, they should obtain an eligibility/recognition certificate and produce it during certificate verification.
- Applicants who fall under the SC, ST, or OEC categories and are eligible for fee concession must apply in the E-Grantz portal and upload the community certificate and income certificate as applicable in the admission portal and produce the same for verification.
